INFO

Feast For The Ears is a new pop-up venue for experimental music, opening its doors for the first time during Copenhagen Jazz Festival 2025 at Råhuset in Vesterbro.

Over the course of 7 days, it will present an uncompromising program of free improvisation, electroacoustics, noise, ambient, contemporary composition, and genre hybrids — curated by seven key players from Copenhagen’s experimental music scene.

Absolute Music, Barefoot Records, CRRNT Collective, Final Descent,

MAGIA, Movement Shaped Like a Heart, PRiMi & The Community

  • What is FFTE
FFTE stands for Feast For The Ears, a venue takeover facilitated by the music collectives, labels, and promoters Absolute Music, Barefoot Records, The Community, CRRNT Collective, Final Descent, MAGIA, and Movement Shaped Like A Heart. Together, they will transform Råhuset at Onkel Dannys Plads in Copenhagen into a hub for experimental, adventurous, and exploratory music during the Copenhagen Jazz Festival 2025.
  • What are your opening hours
FFTE will host concerts daily from July 7th to 13th. Doors open each day at 17:30, with the final concert ending around midnight. Each evening will feature 4 to 7 performances, curated collaboratively by the participating collectives.
  • What is your address?
Feast For The Ears will take place at Råhuset, Onkel Dannys Pl. 7, 1711 Copenhagen.
  • I want to play at the festival. Can I?
The program for the 2025 edition of FFTE has already been fully booked by the participating collectives, and no additional slots are available.
  • Can I volunteer at the festival?
Sure you can! We need people running the door, bar and merch stand. Get in touch with us at feast4theears@gmail.com and we can tell you more. Volunteers will get food, drinks and free entry for the entire festival!
  • How is FFTE connected to Copenhagen Jazz Festival?
Feast For The Ears (FFTE) is a registered organizer at the Copenhagen Jazz Festival (CJF), alongside hundreds of other independent organizers who contribute concerts to the festival’s extensive program. As a partly venue-curated festival, CJF differs from traditional festivals where a single ticket grants access to all events. Instead, each organizer is responsible for managing ticketing for their own events. When you purchase a full-day pass or a five-show punch card for Feast For The Ears, it only grants access to the specific show or evening at Råhuset, where FFTE events take place. To learn more about the Copenhagen Jazz Festival, visit www.jazz.dk.
  • How do I buy tickets for FFTE?
At FFTE, you can purchase tickets for individual shows, full-day access, or a punch card that grants entry to five shows at a discounted price. We recommend buying tickets in advance, as capacity is limited and pre-sale ensures your spot. Alternatively, you can try your luck at the door on the day of the event. For pre-sale options, visit our Tickets section or explore individual events in the Program section.
  • What types of payment do you accept?
For presale tickets, we accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. On site, we accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, Maestro, Visa Electron, V Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, MobilePay, and cash.
  • I bought a ticket for a show, but I can't make it. What do I do?
If you've purchased a ticket you won’t be using, you can contact us at feast4theears@gmail.com to have it transferred to another show or day during the festival.
  • Can I use FFTE-tickets for other venues at Copenhagen Jazz Festival?
No. FFTE-tickets will only grant you access to the shows at Råhuset.
