Undercurrent is a dynamic ensemble born out of the diverse musical backgrounds of its members, blending influences from their specific cultural heritage with free jazz and improvisation, lyrical storytelling, and experimental textures. Each performance is a reflection of both the members’ individual voices and their shared explorations, opening up the space where music can grow from the band’s dedication to collective creation. 

Since 2022, Undercurrent has performed in Denmark and internationally, including in Slovenia, Croatia, Lithuania, Italy and Switzerland, through creative residencies and collaborations with local venues and institutions.
